What is worse is reading MORE news of female children who are kidnapped by a purported serial molester-cum-pedophile. It began with Nurin Jazlin - an 8 year-old girl who was kidnapped, sexually assaulted, ostensibly deformed, and murdered. The perpetrator has yet to be arrested by the Malaysian police.
And because of that, it has now reached a fresh victim.
What are the police doing exactly to maintain peace and security? When citizens are raped, robbed and murdered - where are they to be found? It seems to me that apart from conducting superfluous roadblocks, there is nothing else they can do given their morally corrupted and limited intellectual capacity.
We desperately need the IPCMC Bill; until that policy is actualized, the shame and disgrace shall always remain with the Malaysian police.
