A Prime Minister for all?

In reference to this article, I opine that the current Prime Minister of Malaysia is shockingly unrepresentative of non-Malays.

The gist of the article highlights the fact that Badawi visited a temple in conjunction with Wesak Day. Historically, this makes him only the second Prime Minister to do so after the Tunku in 1967.

How can this be the case for a Prime Minister who invariably claims to represent a multiracial nation like Malaysia?
